Questionnaire Development
A good questionnaire is important in leading the success of a study, which is able to ensure our clients have solid findings to execute into actions in their business.
With over ten years' of experience in the industry, we have developed different types of questionnaires for quantitative research and discussion guides for qualitative research. Each questionnaire/discussion guide is designed carefully to ensure all the studies' objectives will be answered at the end of the research.
Interview
At Data Pro, we have a team of dedicated interviewers to conduct all the interviews. Interviews are usually conducted through face to face (F2F), telephone interview, street intercept, door to door interview, etc.
All our interviewers are well trained too, to handle different type of surveys and are skilful to ensure all questions are properly addressed and answered.
In Depth Interview
In-depth interview (IDI) is another service provided by Data Pro. By performing IDI, we are able to assist our clients to obtain more information in each qualitative survey conducted. Each in-depth interview is designed to understand better consumers' behaviour such as; usage and attitude toward certain products, perception toward certain concept, unmet needs, challenges and opportunities moving forward.
Focus Group Discussion Moderation (FGD)
At Data Pro, all our moderators are well trained and experienced to moderate FGDs across different industries. To ensure our clients are able to view the discussion live, our FGD facilities are equipped with a one-way mirror and audio visual. In fact, to enable our clients to observe the group discussion from other parts of the world, we have Focus Vision facility too.
Data Entry/Coding
Prior to data analysis, all quantitative data will be keyed into our systems, either through SPSS, MS Excel, Online DE links, etc. Logic/consistent check will be applied to each system to ensure all data are keyed in correctly. As for qualitative data, coding will be done to ease the process of data analysis.
Transcribing
We have a team of people who are specialised in the transcription of market research focus groups, in-depth interviews, academic interviews and group discussions, as well as presentations and seminars. Our transcribing service can be divided into verbatim transcription (which is in MR format) and summary transcription.
Data Analysis and Reporting
In the report writing stage, all data will be analysed through different methods and presented in the format which will enable our clients to improve their business. With our experience in report writing, we also provide recommendations on new business strategies and how our clients could improve and expand their business further.
